Had a power issue with my Hunter Pro-C monitor box. I contacted Conserva Irrigation based on their website and reviews. I called and was impressed with the woman I spoke to. She was attentive to my needs and immediately set me up for a free inspection and estimate. She followed up with texts and we confirmed a date and time. On the day of appointment, she texted me with the tech’s name and arrival time. Terence arrived right on time. He was polite, professional, and confident. He tested the system, found the problem, and explained it to me. He gave me an estimate, and I decided to go forward with the repair. He said he could do it immediately, which he did. Terence did it quickly and professionally. Great job! 5 stars all the way.

Terence was great! Did a walk-through zone by zone, took a bit for 13 of them, but he was very honest about when things looked good and not doing anything, to making reasonable recommendations about other areas. Whatever he recommended and explained made sense. I asked for several quotes for different options, which he was glad to do. Whenever we decide what we will do, we will request him to come out and do the work.

The best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! The technician arrived right on time and took the time to thoroughly check every area I was concerned about. He was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest. He even showed me where my drip station was and explained how it works. He could have easily told me something needed fixing just to make a profit, but instead, he was completely upfront. That kind of integrity is rare these days.
