Great customer service!!! They don't charge by the hour. They charge by the repairs being done. They were very quick to schedule an appointment and came to the house within 2 days of calling. The tech, Logan, was amazing. He explained everything, was upfront about the cost, and showed me everything he was doing and why. Logan is very personable, great at conversation, and someone I would want to be friends with. I will always use this company in the future.

He found 4 rotors that were not turning and made me aware of them. He asked if I wanted them replaced and I approved. He did a wonderful job. I had a leak on a sprinkler pipe due to the recent winter storm. I messaged Conserva Sunday evening, and they had someone to me before lunch on Monday. (Shout-out Logan!) He assessed the problem and really took the time to explain it. The repair was done the same day for a fair price. Also, he set us up so we shouldn't have any more problems if we have another deep freeze this winter. This is the 3rd time I have used Conserva and had great results each time. Highly recommend.

Had a power issue with my Hunter Pro-C monitor box. I contacted Conserva Irrigation based on their website and reviews. I called and was impressed with the woman I spoke to. She was attentive to my needs and immediately set me up for a free inspection and estimate. She followed up with texts and we confirmed a date and time. On the day of appointment, she texted me with the tech’s name and arrival time. Terence arrived right on time. He was polite, professional, and confident. He tested the system, found the problem, and explained it to me. He gave me an estimate, and I decided to go forward with the repair. He said he could do it immediately, which he did. Terence did it quickly and professionally. Great job! 5 stars all the way.

Did a walk-through zone by zone, took a bit for 13 of them, but he was very honest about when things looked good and not doing anything, to making reasonable recommendations about other areas. Whatever he recommended and explained made sense. I asked for several quotes for different options, which he was glad to do.
