This would have been a five-star review if not for the initial scheduling runaround. I reached out to schedule an appointment, received multiple calls and texts to verify my information. I was assured someone would call and confirm a day and time; never happened. We plan to seed our yard soon, so this did have some time-sensitivity to it. At that point I was considering using another company and told them that. Of course, an appointment was scheduled.
