This was the second call to our home in less than two weeks, and the service tech did make a repair for a reasonable price. But my brain got to thinking that our service tech had sabotaged the system on the first visit to get more $$ for a second trip. I called the company and left a calm but scattered message detailing his every move that could have been suspicious. I had declared him guilty with NO evidence. ☹️ Absolutely none. 😞 After Mr. Ricardo returned today for a completely different problem, Mr. Ricardo showed me the very old part that had seen better days. He explained what the problem could have been before he started digging. I felt so badly about lambasting him on the company's voicemail. I did tell Mr. Ricardo what I had done. Called and asked if I was available for them to come a little earlier, so ended up being here an hour earlier. Was able to dig down and find the leak without tearing up the yard. I also had them do a system check and replace 2 sprinkler heads that were not rotating. The whole service took about an hour and a half. Cost was reasonable, I would recommend and will use them again.
