I had a great experience with Conserva Irrigation and especially with my technician, Ricardo. What immediately set this company apart was how they approached the service call. Every other irrigation company I contacted simply quoted me an hourly rate and said they would send someone out to diagnose the problem and make the repair. Conserva explained that they would first perform a free system inspection, check the controller and sprinkler equipment, identify any issues, and, if my leak was still present, locate the source and provide me with a quote before moving forward. Ricardo was extremely professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. It was obvious very quickly that he has been doing this for a long time. He thoroughly checked the system, identified a couple of issues, found the main source of the leak, and repaired it. I was also very impressed with the price. Afterward, I looked up the cost of the components that were replaced and compared the overall repair cost with what I had been quoted elsewhere. Conserva came in considerably less than I expected, especially compared with competitors who wanted to start charging an hourly rate before they had even diagnosed the problem. Professional service, transparent pricing, and no surprises. Ricardo did an excellent job from start to finish. If I have any future issues with my underground sprinkler system, Conserva Irrigation will be the first company I call. Highly recommended.

This was the second call to our home in less than two weeks, and the service tech did make a repair for a reasonable price. But my brain got to thinking that our service tech had sabotaged the system on the first visit to get more $$ for a second trip. I called the company and left a calm but scattered message detailing his every move that could have been suspicious. I had declared him guilty with NO evidence. ☹️ Absolutely none. 😞 After Mr. Ricardo returned today for a completely different problem, Mr. Ricardo showed me the very old part that had seen better days. He explained what the problem could have been before he started digging. I felt so badly about lambasting him on the company's voicemail. I did tell Mr. Ricardo what I had done. I deeply, sincerely, and painfully apologized to this awesome young man. He is an awesome human, pleasant, knowledgeable, and a man of integrity!!!!! He is an asset to the company/customer! Called and asked if I was available for them to come a little earlier, so ended up being here an hour earlier. Was able to dig down and find the leak without tearing up the yard. I also had them do a system check and replace 2 sprinkler heads that were not rotating. The whole service took about an hour and a half. Cost was reasonable, I would recommend and will use them again.
