Lakeview Townhomes Feels Fortunate
Lakeview Townhomes Association hired Scott of Conserva Irrigation initially to a package from start up to blow down. We also hired Scott to inspect the system additional and recommend what repairs and improvements would be beneficial for our system which is 17 zones and hundreds of heads. Spending part of a day with Scott looking at trouble areas and heads he developed a plan on how to improve the system. Once Lakeview received recommend upgrades we decide it was time to make the system more efficient. Project would involve a large financial commitment. We discussed with Scott of splitting work into a two year project which he was more than willing to work with us. Scott and 2 young men working for him did the first half of project last week. Spending time with them as they worked on updates was a pleasure. They all showed they were very experienced and professional doing the project. Big improvement for Lakeview was installing about 150 new heads and installed with a flex line to help stopping head from breaking off from being attached ridged, installing 6 inch heads replacing 4 inch to be high enough to get above grass and new nozzles. Looking for working with the rest of this year and also looking forward for project to move forward next year. Scott spent a lot of time helping us understand the control panel and how to operate it. Lakeview Townhomes feels fortunate to have found Scott and Conserva Irrigation in our search to make our system better. Very much appreciate all the advice, hard work and professionalism they show. This is the only company I would use
The company I use for lawn chemicals said they were too busy this year (2023). I called Conserva and Scott explained how they are different, and said they could install in "July." It's July 7th and they finished yesterday after 2 full days of work. We had sprinklers at another house 25 years ago, these are significantly better. This is the only company I would use or recommend.
