Absolutely amazing company. I called Katrina at 4 p.m. today regarding a major leak in our main irrigation line (reported this to a landscaping company I hired to do an extensive job on my property 4 days ago, and by the time I followed up to ensure it was fixed, 2 days had passed and it was still not fixed). Katrina immediately scheduled me for a morning appointment and walked me through how to shut off the valve. I wasn’t able to shut off the valve due to where the leak was, so she drove to my house to assist me in shutting it off at the main meter. Blown away by her customer service and that she was kind enough to help me so late in the evening! If you have irrigation issues, this company knows everything irrigation and will not leave you stranded! Thanks again, Katrina!

I had an emergency valve repair, and they did fix it within 24 hours. I did have communication issues, though, and I had to wait until I had approval. What made it difficult was that they got the phone number wrong, and it took half the day to resolve that one issue.

What a wonderful company! We had a flooded backyard due to improper valve removal with turf installation. Karina showed up that morning with wrench in hand to turn off the water, which we could not completely turn off. She was able to stop the flow of water and generate a quote, and Louis came early the next day to install a new shutoff and remove valves in under 3 hours! I’d call them out again for our irrigation system. One company I called wanted $495 to just come out! I’m glad I found Conserva Irrigation; they are no-nonsense and came out for a free estimate! Thank you! You cared and helped us greatly in a time of desperation in trying to get a company to come out immediately!

We've had Conserva do work for us before. They replaced the valves for 6 stations in our backyard. We were very happy with their prompt, quality work and how they kept us informed on the status of the project. Their people have great problem-solving skills and presented solutions complete with accompanying cost and timing concerns. We appreciated the results so much, we asked them back for phase two. They quickly responded with their willingness to take on the ugly process of replacing water pipes and tubes along with LV cables. They pleasantly adjusted well to all our changes and indecision, and we're thrilled with the outcome. Sean and his crew were wonderful.
