Not only did he do the work by himself in the heat, he also opted out of using a big machine on our lawn to reduce the risk of us losing a bunch of nice grass. Good customer service sadly doesn't come often in this world anymore, but Jorge outdid himself with his quality craftsmanship and customer service.

I had no experience with irrigation companies, but I needed a repair for a leak, and I saw a mailing from Conserva and called them. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and scheduled an appointment. The technician, Jorge, did a great job explaining how the system's master valve was bypassed and was sending pressurized water to a control valve in my backyard. He found the source of the leak in the pipe leading to the control valve and quickly replaced the leaking joint. I definitely recommend this company and Jorge, and I'll use them again if I need a repair.

I had a popular fence company destroy my sprinkler heads, cut sprinkler lines, and break water line pipes. Conserva Irrigation saved the day! They came out twice in the blazing heat to repair everything. They were able to give me pictures and reports of the damage and bill the fence company directly. Special acknowledgement to Jennifer who took my calls and set up everything. Also Curtis, my technician, who was professional, polite, respectful of property, and repaired everything promptly. What a great experience dealing with this wonderful company. From the first phone call to the finishing clean-up was top notch. Sean was very up-front and most helpful with all my questions and concerns. He showed up on time and started conversing the scope of work immediately to make sure we were on the same page. James came on the job soon after and joined right in. James took over the lead and never missed a step. James continued to explain what he was doing and kept me up to date during the whole job. I can’t say enough about this whole experience except it was a pleasure doing business with them. IF they satisfy me and my wife you know they must be good. Give them a try!!!! **** More great service. I noticed that one of my newly installed sprinklers was not operating correctly. I called the office and BAM just like that the nice lady had me set up with Curtis coming by my house in a couple of hours to fix my problem. They stayed in constant contact with me and Curtis showed up with all of the right equipment and completed his job in the most professional manner. Hard to find these type of companies today. GREAT as usual.
