It all started with Billy Scales (right), who originally owned and operated our sister brands, Outdoor Lighting Perspectives (OLP) and Mosquito Squad. Looking to streamline and grow, Billy brought on Chris Stephens (left) as financial controller. Chris quickly went to work integrating smart financial planning directly into daily operations—saving money, eliminating inefficiencies, and optimizing the business. Soon after, Chris’s wife, Allender Stephens (left), joined the team to take office management to the next level, ensuring smooth internal operations and an exceptional customer experience.

The ultimate turning point came in 2021 when the opportunity to acquire Conserva Irrigation arose. Recognizing the incredible synergy of their combined talents, Chris and Allender officially bought into the business, cementing a powerful, trusted partnership. The rest is history.

Curtis has been a valued member of our team for just over 7 months. Originally from Boston, he’s a proud supporter of all Boston sports teams and brings that same passion and loyalty into his work each day. Outside of work, Curtis is a big sports enthusiast who enjoys spending his time off relaxing with his wife and kids, often catching a game together.

Dante is the newest member of our team and has already made a strong impression. As an Army veteran, he brings discipline, reliability, and a great team-first mindset to everything he does. Outside of work, Dante is a big animal lover and enjoys spending time with his two lab-pit mix dogs.

Sean has been a dedicated member of our team for over four years and brings more than 15 years of irrigation experience to the job. As our Operations Manager, he oversees daily operations with a sharp eye for quality and efficiency. Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with his family and has a lifelong passion for hockey—he’s been on the ice since he was just five years old.

For over two years, Jorge has been a reliable cornerstone of our team, bringing a big smile and an unmatched work ethic to work every single day. Having started in the irrigation industry at a young age installing systems, his experience and expertise are truly top-notch. Outside of work, Jorge loves spending quality time with his family and watching football.
