I had an irrigation leak for over a year and your technician was able to repair it. It wasn’t an easy repair, but he stuck with it, found the leak, and fixed it. Although it was not a great weather day, the work was completed quickly and everything is working great. The controller replacement alone was worth the effort. Jorge updated our 17-year-old residential irrigation system. He was on time, professional, very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. He explained the options for the upgrades, replacements, and pricing and gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted to do. In his 4.5 hours with us, he changed out or fixed 32 sprinkler heads, repositioning a batch of them, adjusted spray patterns, checked our long drip line, fixed a major gushing leak on one line, installed a new Wi-Fi operated controller, showed us how to use it, and reviewed every single sprinkler’s operation with us to ensure our satisfaction. His expertise and knowledge was great. We highly recommend Conserva and Jorge.
