Joe a.k.a El Jefe'is an experienced business professional who has proven to be a corporate steward interacting and collaborating with multiple levels of management and diverse cultural audiences. He is an Air Force Veteran who spent 20 years at various locations and performed his duties as a Military Police Officer, Information Technology, and Cybersecurity-related.

Joe possesses diversified experience in cybersecurity, system/network security analysis, information assurance, IT security governance, security administration, project management, criminal justice, and cybersecurity compliance.

Joe holds a B.S. Degree in Business Information Technology & Information Systems.

Valerie A. a.k.a "The Mayor" is an experienced program operations/logistics professional with 10+ years of experience and a proven ability to lead others and provide superior administrative support. Currently, she is responsible for meeting contractual commitments, including financial, technical, and schedule performance of the assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations.
Valerie is knowledgeable in developing military programs, designing unique business strategies, and overseeing day-to-day site operations. She is also proficient in managing complex projects and maintaining positive rapport with co-workers, vendors, clients, and members of management.

Valerie holds a Master of Business Administration and Criminal Justice Degree from Florida State Seminoles.

Stephanie a.k.a Boss Lady started with Conserva Irrigation of Tucson in 2022. She was relatively new to the irrigation industry and has enjoyed learning the ins and outs of the business. She enjoys working with the team to help the customers and ensure their irrigation and drainage issues get resolved!

In Stephanie's free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and serving in her church. She also likes to be outside and hang out with friends.
