Talitha Schmidt is the owner of Conserva Irrigation of Northwest Dallas, where she is committed to helping homeowners and commercial properties use water more efficiently while maintaining healthy landscapes. With a strong focus on smart irrigation practices, system efficiency, and long term solutions, Talitha leads her team with an emphasis on quality, conservation, and customer trust.

Talitha is known for her dedication to doing things the right way. She values clear communication, education, and proactive problem solving, ensuring each client receives solutions that address both immediate needs and long term system performance. Her passion for water conservation and sustainable irrigation drives every decision she makes.

Talitha is deeply invested in the North Texas community as a long time resident in Argyle where she lives with her husband and three children.  She believes in building strong relationships through honesty, service, and education. Talitha is actively involved with the National Charity League Texas Lantana Chapter as 25-26 Chapter President, serves on the Board of the Argyle Business Association, and is a member of Argyle United Methodist Church. Her commitment to community involvement reflects the same care and integrity she brings to her business.

Colleen Basilan joined Conserva Irrigation of Northwest Dallas in September 2021. While she was relatively new to the irrigation industry when she started, she has enjoyed learning the ins and outs of the business and continues to grow her knowledge every day. Colleen is a dedicated and thoughtful professional known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine care for the people she works with. She brings a calm, organized approach to every project and is valued for her reliability, clear communication, and ability to see things through from start to finish.

Colleen takes pride in helping customers and making sure their irrigation and drainage issues are resolved efficiently and with care. She is passionate about learning, personal growth, and making a positive impact both professionally and within her community.

Outside of work, Colleen enjoys spending time with her husband, their two kids, and their fur baby, Diego. She loves being outdoors, gathering with family and friends, and cheering on the LA Chargers.

Claud has been a technician for over five years and brings strong hands on experience to every project. His favorite part of the job is working on new installations and larger scale projects, where he can apply his skills to build efficient, well designed systems from the ground up.

Known for his reliability and strong work ethic, Claud takes pride in delivering quality results and supporting the team on complex jobs. He enjoys tackling challenging projects and contributing to work that makes a visible impact for customers.

Outside of work, Claud enjoys playing soccer, carpentry and trim work, and staying active through regular workouts.
