For the consultation, Billy was very thorough in talking me through his thought process/recommendations. After selecting them and moving forward, the communication leading up to the job was top-notch, and they were even able to bump up the timeline and get it done sooner. I wanted to be the hero and install a Rachio. FAIL. Marius came out two days after I called for help and located my buried valve boxes, then diplomatically pointed out that the Zone 1 wire (which I thought was black) was actually gray. Great service and communication.

Let me start by saying Jonathan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He texted before arriving, was on time, and knowledgeable about the system we had. We just purchased our house and found that we had issues with our sprinkler system. 1) We could not locate the shut-off valve. Jonathan found it buried under about 18 inches of dirt and installed a box for us over it. 2) Needed the backflow replaced because of a water issue we had. 3) Needed some sprinkler heads capped off and heads moved and repaired. 4) Jonathan made us aware of some issues with some sprinkler heads; we had him address them also. Excellent response from them. I tried contacting several services without them ever getting back to me. Conserva got back immediately and scheduled for the next week. When they came to startup my system they rebuilt my missing backflow device, and repaired a couple holes in my sprinkler pipes while adjusting my sprinkler heads and checking programming on the controller.

Technician S.O. came out and moved a sprinkler head to make room for a generator and adjusted the spray pattern to the left and right, and not in between, which I did not know was possible! I also was concerned with my backyard zone, which had green grass towards the back and near the house, but the central grass area was getting yellow, and she noticed the spray pattern was not getting enough water in those areas and adjusted two irrigation heads to remedy that concern. I was very satisfied with the visit, and she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
