The technician, Jermaine Evans, was outstanding—he arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and did a thorough, professional job blowing out the lines and preparing everything for winter. He was courteous, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable, making sure no water was left that could cause freeze damage.
