After having another sprinkler company come out to repair my sprinkler without success, I decided to call Conserva Irrigation of North Palm Beach. I regret not knowing about this company prior. Rafael the technician came out. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. In a short time he found the cause of the problem. He explained what the issues were, and what it entailed to fix it. I was very impressed. I will definitely use this company from now on, and recommend them to friends and family.

This company is great. I gave them a directive of making my sprinkler system more efficient, and the gentleman that they sent out, Rafael, did exactly that. He did away with 25% of the sprinkler heads in my yard that were clogged or just causing me problems and added rotating sprinkler heads that gave much better coverage. I highly recommend this company, and even more so the technician Rafael.

I called Conserva to come out and give us a quote to repair the irrigation system for our business. We had another company we have used in the past come out and indicate they could do the work, but they would not be able to get out in the next week due to lack of personnel. I am glad I connected with Conserva. Arnaldo and Andri came out the same day I called and earlier than they estimated. They gave us a fair estimate with options that better fit our existing system. They scheduled the job for a couple of days later and again came out earlier than expected. They performed all of the work according to the estimate. They showed me the entire functioning system. It was a large job; our system had not been touched in a couple of years and now everything functioned as needed. Arnaldo and his team did a great job, exceeded our expectations and I am planning to use them at my home as I have a similar issue there. Got a letter from the city that my household water usage is very high. Also, one of my water zones didn’t work. I called Conserva Irrigation this morning about getting my irrigation system pump replaced. Initially, they had scheduled an appointment for tomorrow; however, I received a call back asking if I would like it fixed today (bonus!). Arnaldo and Andry came out to replace our irrigation system pump. They were on time, completed the work quickly, and did an excellent job! They use high-quality parts (Goulds cast-iron body pump), and the pump comes with a one-year warranty. We’ll definitely be calling Conserva Irrigation for our future irrigation system needs.

I had a great experience with Arnaldo and Andry, who came out to service the sprinkler systems at two of my properties. At the first property, it started raining shortly after they arrived, but they did not rush off. They waited it out and continued the job once the rain passed. That level of dedication already stood out to me. Once they got to work, they clearly explained the issues with my sprinkler system and quickly provided a solution, which they efficiently implemented. Everything was handled professionally and with attention to detail. At my second property, I was dealing with low water pressure. Arnaldo took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the system and determined that the issue was not with the sprinkler setup itself, but with my well not supplying enough water. I really appreciated the honesty and transparency. They did not try to upsell unnecessary repairs and instead gave me a clear and accurate diagnosis. While the well issue is something I now have to address separately, it is no fault of theirs. Their professionalism, integrity, and clear communication made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I have used Conserva in the past and will absolutely continue to do so, especially with employees like Arnaldo and Andry who truly take pride in their quality of work and delivering a great customer experience.
