The previous owner of my place had a company called custom touch do the irrigation system. We called them in March and they couldn’t get us scheduled for seven weeks, but we waited and on the day they were finally about to... More

The previous owner of my place had a company called custom touch do the irrigation system. We called them in March and they couldn’t get us scheduled for seven weeks, but we waited and on the day they were finally about to come, they no showed and no called and when I called they said it would be another couple weeks. So at that point, I fired them and called Conserva irrigation and they had me scheduled within days. They were supposed to come on a Wednesday and they did but me being a ICU Night Shift nurse I unfortunately didn’t wake up for the doorbell. They did not make a big fuss about it. They just rescheduled for two days later. Jason Smith was the technician and I let him know I didn’t have any previous knowledge of irrigation system. He told me exactly what he was gonna do while he was there and did exactly as he checked the system over thoroughly and even crawled into a small crawlspace to get to the one valve, After testing the system which consists of over 60 sprayers he found a leak that the previous owners ignored and blamed it on a sewer issue with the neighbor, but it was a zone that had a leak in it and we got that scheduled to be repaired and I thank him so much for figuring that out. I was his last call the day and he took the time to explain to my wife and I the operations of the system and what we could expect and how we could do manual waterings. He programmed everything and explained about the backup battery and the rain sensor on the roof….. I may not be an irrigation specialist, but I like to know what’s going on and he didn’t rush me and explained everything thoroughly and for that I wasvery appreciative. As far as the one leak goes, which was in zone nine he had that set up for me to approve the repair within minutes. Not only is this company on top of it and thorough, they send you emails and text messages to inform what’s going on, Estimated time of arrival and reminders of when they will be there . They generally have your best interest before theirs and that’s what makes a great company, they put the customer first. I couldn’t be more happy with them and Jason. It was a great experience.

We called them in March and they couldn’t get us scheduled for seven weeks, but we waited and on the day they were finally about to come, they no showed and no called and when I called they said it would be another couple weeks. So at that point, I fired them and called Conserva irrigation and they had me scheduled within days. They were supposed to come on a Wednesday and they did but me being a ICU Night Shift nurse I unfortunately didn’t wake up for the doorbell. They did not make a big fuss about it. They just rescheduled for two days later. Jason Smith was the technician and I let him know I didn’t have any previous knowledge of irrigation system. He told me exactly what he was gonna do while he was there and did exactly as he checked the system over thoroughly and even crawled into a small crawlspace to get to the one valve, After testing the system which consists of over 60 sprayers he found a leak that the previous owners ignored and blamed it on a sewer issue with the neighbor, but it was a zone that had a leak in it and we got that scheduled to be repaired and I thank him so much for figuring that out. I was his last call the day and he took the time to explain to my wife and I the operations of the system and what we could expect and how we could do manual waterings. He programmed everything and explained about the backup battery and the rain sensor on the roof….. I may not be an irrigation specialist, but I like to know what’s going on and he didn’t rush me and explained everything thoroughly and for that I wasvery appreciative. As far as the one leak goes, which was in zone nine he had that set up for me to approve the repair within minutes. Not only is this company on top of it and thorough, they send you emails and text messages to inform what’s going on, Estimated time of arrival and reminders of when they will be there . They generally have your best interest before theirs and that’s what makes a great company, they put the customer first. I couldn’t be more happy with them and Jason. It was a great experience."
