I dealt with Shawn opening up my irrigation system. He was very communicative & installed a new controller I needed. I was at work so Ty, the service manager, came out a couple days later to set my programs up & instruct me on the new unit. He was very friendly, helpful, & patient with me. He is very well educated in his field. It was a pleasure to work with both Shawn & Ty.
These guys are very helpful. Every time I ask to do an additional task when they come to do scheduled work it gets done without any hold up. All the men have been easy to deal with.
