Our Little Rock Team

Mark has 25 years of business management experience.  With a marketing and business degree from University of Arkansas (GO HOGS) he looks forward to connecting with the local central Arkansas community through Conserva Irrigation!   Originally from Chicago IL, Mark has lived in Maumelle AR for 25 years, married to his beautiful wife Heather for 20, and has a supersmart daughter Ella who is currently a senior at Maumelle High School planned to go to UCA next year!  

Mark has been involved in the community as a 10 year Youth basketball coach for Maumelle Community center, Board Member, and then when the league Maumelle played in folded the city asked Mark to create our own Youth basketball league which he created and ran as president of 23 teams  Automated the registration system and brought back the girl teams..  Mark also enjoys volunteering for the Miracle League in Little Rock as well as participating in events with the Maumelle Chamber of Commerce.  From prior businesses Mark has been involved with toy drives for Arkansas Children's Hospital, donating a Go-Kart machine (video game system specific for hospitals) and clothing drives.  

Mark's Hobbies include Kickbox training at Westside MMA in Little Rock, custom cars and trucks, and Horse Racing.

Allen comes to Conserva Irrigation with 14 years' experience as a Golf Superintendent.  He loves to get to know his customers and improve their landscapes!

When Allen is not working, he loves to play golf and enjoy time with his wife and 4 beautiful daughters!
