Sprinkler System Installation in Stamford

A new system begins with Assessment and Design. We evaluate the property layout, planting areas, and watering needs before designing the system. This planning determines appropriate sprinkler placement, watering zones, and where drip irrigation may best suit the landscape.

Our installation process includes:

System planning: We design the system around the property and its irrigation requirements.
Installation: We use trenchless techniques where possible to limit disruption during sprinkler installation.
Post-Installation Support: We provide follow-up adjustments and activate the applicable warranty.

When an installation requires permits, we handle the necessary permit paperwork and compliance requirements. New irrigation systems include a five-year warranty when they receive annual servicing.

Free Sprinkler Inspections & Maintenance Options

New customers can receive a free 12-point sprinkler system inspection. The system must be fully operational so our technicians can evaluate its performance properly. If existing problems prevent a complete inspection, we can perform the necessary sprinkler repairs at standard rates before finishing the assessment.

Seasonal maintenance packages begin at $249 per year. Our Full Season maintenance package includes one mid-season inspection, priority scheduling, and 10% off system upgrades. Regularly scheduled maintenance provides planned opportunities to check system operation and address components that aren’t working according to the intended design.

Signs Your Sprinkler System Needs Repair

Changes in coverage, water use, or scheduling can indicate that an irrigation system needs professional attention. Our Certified Irrigation Technicians perform sprinkler repairs and regularly scheduled maintenance for residential and commercial systems.

Common performance problems include:

Uneven coverage: Dry areas can indicate that parts of the landscape aren’t receiving consistent watering.
Pooling or visible leaks: A leaking irrigation zone wastes water and can increase overall water use.
Broken sprinkler heads: Damaged heads can interfere with spray patterns and system performance.
Controller problems: A controller that doesn’t follow the intended watering schedule disrupts consistent coverage across the landscape.

Our sprinkler repair and installations address current system needs, while a subsequent inspection allows us to assess operation after those issues have been corrected.

Seasonal Sprinkler System Care

We recommend a professional sprinkler inspection at least once a year. Scheduling an inspection before spring startup can identify performance issues before routine watering places greater demand on the system. A fall checkup before winterization offers another opportunity to review system condition at the end of the watering season.

Regularly scheduled maintenance helps keep sprinkler components operating according to the system’s intended design. During system care, technicians can identify damaged components, inconsistent coverage, leaks, and controller concerns that warrant attention.

Sprinkler systems typically last 15 to 20 years, while a high-quality system can last up to 25 years. Actual service life depends on installation quality, maintenance, component condition, and repair history. Consistent inspections provide a practical way to monitor those factors throughout the life of the system.
