I had a leak in my irrigation system in need of repair. I contacted several companies and received a couple of estimates. Rui, the owner of the Eugene Conserva franchise, personally came. He reviewed my situation and spent almost 45 minutes reviewing my irrigation system and options - at no cost to me. He was friendly, honest, and professional. I decided to hire him and was glad I did. His technician - Jake - is awesome. He's a no-nonsense type that likes the work and a challenge. He too was friendly and efficient. He got my leak repaired and made sure the rest of my sprinkler heads were in proper working order. This is a reputable company and I will continue to work with them on an annual basis. I would recommend them to anyone and am not surprised to see they already have so many 5-star reviews. They earn it.

I had been dealing with sprinkler problems since moving into our house 7 years ago. It was like playing Whac-A-Mole. I dreaded calling a sprinkler company thinking it would be huge $$$$, but I finally caved in. Luckily, I called Conserva Irrigation of Eugene after the first company didn’t even respond. They promptly responded, set up an appointment and with one visit moved some sprinklers, changed some heads and now I have a fully functional sprinkler system. A huge shout out to Rui! What a pleasure to work with and trusted implicitly. All of this came with what I consider a very reasonable price.

My dog chewed a sprinkler head to the point that it needed replacement, and of course he had done such a good job that it was broken off deep in the ground. Brett came out and did a great job, on time, super nice guy, and fixed it in 10 minutes. Would recommend Conserva all day!

Have had Skylar out to fix an irrigation system that had been neglected several times. He fixed everything: timely appointment, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was a real joy to work with. Rui also came out to do the backflow testing, and he was very patient, explaining to me numerous times the steps to take to winterize our sprinkler system. Also very knowledgeable and friendly. One station of our irrigation system wasn't working. It was easy to make an appointment with Conserva (someone actually answers the phone right away), and the man who came out found the problem to be electrical. He fixed the issue, said it was so minor he only charged us for the house call. Their customer service and obvious irrigation expertise was impressive. We will use them again!
