I hired Conserva Irrigation of Eastern NC to repair my sprinkler system after I had several large landscaping projects completed where the landscapers broke multiple irrigation lines and one sprinkler head. The landscapers denied breaking any lines; however, all the broken lines were exactly where they did their landscaping. Conserva Irrigation came out promptly and on time to repair the broken lines. They took photos of the broken lines and broken sprinkler head so I would have them for my records to take the landscaping company to small claims court because they refused to pay for the repairs. I cannot say enough positive words about the service Conserva Irrigation has provided. They went above and beyond to help me out!

The three guys arrived on time and worked diligently both days. They were courteous and friendly. They removed the sod, hand-dug the trenches, installed the piping, backfilled the trenches, and replaced the sod! John came to install the controller, set up the programs, installed a rain sensor, and made certain everything was perfect! He took his time, was polite, courteous, and was a perfect employee! If I wasn’t retired, I would try to hire him! If you need an irrigation system…they should be your choice!

We hired Conserva Irrigation to repair our irrigation system at our home in Washington, NC. The staff was friendly and professional, they arrived on time, and kept us informed of appointment times, the work needing to be performed, etc. I would use them again. The reason for the 4 stars in lieu of 5 was the 'project' itself incurred a few bumps. The appointment was originally set for a Friday. I was told I would receive a confirmation text. I did not. I called on Friday morning to make sure they were planning to come and was told there had been an error, the system apparently did not accept the appointment, and they were booked solid for the day. It was rescheduled for Tuesday. Austin was our technician to run the system, adjust any heads that needed adjusting, and replace any broken heads that needed to be replaced. We also had a broken irrigation joint which he repaired. We noticed the next day that a head along the drive, which needed replacing, had been overlooked. Austin came back on Friday morning and completed the job. These were not big problems for us, and the team was very apologetic.

I asked Conserva to send someone to resolve the issue of my irrigation pump cycling on and off, probably due to a leaking solenoid valve for one of the fields. John came right on time, worked diligently to identify and fix the system. He found the locations of the solenoid boxes (I didn't know where they all were), located the leaking valve, and replaced it. It was done quickly and under very adverse conditions (rained all throughout). The price was very reasonable!
