Very responsive and easy to schedule. Had a technician, Billy, show up in the early part of the scheduled window of estimated arrival times. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had repair parts in the van. He replaced the failed part (a partially broken but miraculously still working while leaking zone valve solenoid). He was done and had the system running and tested in less than half an hour. All this in the middle of the first thunderstorm we’ve had in ages. Fast work. Great expertise. The company parts price was a bit beyond the pale. The whole valve (including a solenoid) can be purchased online for $24. We were charged $187. Even so… I’ve replaced sprinkler system valves before and it’s a sucky, dirty job and took me almost two days and more than a few trips to get parts and a tool or two to replace one valve. I’d rather be charged $200–$250 for the service call/labor and a more reasonable price for the part(s) because the service is well worth the huge parts mark-up.
