Edwin Office Administrator
When you contact Conserva Irrigation, Edwin is often the first person you’ll speak with 9am - 6pm M-F. He manages scheduling, sends day-of service texting updates to homeowners and technicians, follows up on invoices, and conducts post-service survey calls to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Edwin has completed Conserva’s irrigation training program, including parts, services, and standard pricing. When you call with questions, you’re speaking with someone who understands how your system works and how we service it — not just someone answering phones.
Before joining Conserva Irrigation, Edwin worked in high-performance service environments, including international hospitality with Qatar Airways and operational coordination for a New Jersey-based logistics company. These roles sharpened his ability to communicate clearly, manage complex schedules, and deliver calm, solution-focused support — even in fast-paced situations.
Behind the scenes, he confirms details, keeps appointments organized, and follows up after service to ensure everything met your expectations. You may also hear from him with a request for a Google review — because homeowner feedback helps us maintain the level of professionalism our clients expect.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Edwin makes it easy for families to feel confident from the very first call.

Elijah Residential Technician
When Elijah arrives at your home, his goal isn’t just to inspect your irrigation system — it’s to help you understand it.
Elijah conducts detailed system inspections and consultations for new and existing homeowners. He evaluates sprinkler performance, water efficiency, coverage, and overall system health, then clearly explains what he finds so you can make informed, confident decisions about your property.
Elijah is a certified irrigation technician in Massachusetts and brings over eight years of hands-on experience to every visit. As a second-generation irrigator — working alongside his father, Ken, our commercial technician — irrigation is more than a trade to him. It’s a craft he’s grown up learning and refining.
He regularly attends in-person and online training with major irrigation manufacturers and participates in industry trade shows to stay current on new products, smart controller technology, and water-efficient solutions. Homeowners can feel confident knowing the recommendations he provides are based on both experience and ongoing education.
Elijah works closely with Edwin and our office team to ensure communication, scheduling, and follow-through are seamless from consultation to completion. You can expect punctuality, professionalism, and practical recommendations — never pressure.
Outside of work, Elijah enjoys snow sports, traveling, and spending time with his family — values that reflect the care and respect he brings into each home he serves.
At Conserva Irrigation, our goal is simple: help homeowners protect their landscapes and water resources with confidence. Elijah plays a key role in making that happen.
