Edgar Torres was the technician who made the service call. Our irrigation system has been in place for many years, and this summer we had a fault which developed early in the season. I had been using a well-known provider of lawn services for many years to treat our lawn with products to keep it healthy and green. The same company had originally installed our irrigation system and had maintained it for us. Lately, it was becoming more impersonal, more expensive and harder to communicate with that company. A friend and neighbor of ours in Rehoboth Beach told me about a new irrigation company he had recently used and was very pleased with the service. Edgar spent a significant amount of time with me in working to resolve the disruption to our irrigation system. He was very thorough and explained everything he did and gave me various options to consider. Considering the amount of time spent, the full evaluation of our entire system and the ultimate positive result, I felt the charge was very reasonable and the service was excellent. Edgar did an amazing job in every way
We had a new Rain Bird system installed as part of a new build. The sensor never worked and the controller was not set properly. We opted to install a Hunter controller instead. Works much better. And as this is a part-time home, we can control the watering remotely from our phones. Edgar was knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional. He went above and beyond to assess our issues, educate us on our system, and made adjustments to the sprinkler heads to water more evenly, and not soak other items on or near the yard that shouldn’t get wet.
