The technician Edgar was fantastic! He was very informative, very professional, and incredible with his expertise and knowledge. He explained the procedure of winterizing and went through the steps of what he was doing. He did a phenomenal job winterizing the sprinkler system. My husband and I, being new to the area and not knowing much about sprinkler systems, found him kind enough to explain how they worked and what kind of service I would need to keep them in good shape and in running order. Edgar was fantastic — I hope to have him come out in spring and every service thereafter. Thank you.

Edgar Torres was the technician who made the service call. Our irrigation system has been in place for many years, and this summer we had a fault which developed early in the season. I had been using a well-known provider of lawn services for many years to treat our lawn with products to keep it healthy and green. The same company had originally installed our irrigation system and had maintained it for us. Lately, it was becoming more impersonal, more expensive and harder to communicate with that company. A friend and neighbor of ours in Rehoboth Beach told me about a new irrigation company he had recently used and was very pleased with the service. Edgar spent a significant amount of time with me in working to resolve the disruption to our irrigation system. He was very thorough and explained everything he did and gave me various options to consider. Considering the amount of time spent, the full evaluation of our entire system and the ultimate positive result, I felt the charge was very reasonable and the service was excellent. I would recommend Edgar Torres and Conserva Irrigation if you have lawn irrigation needs.
