I just bought a new house in Castle Rock and the sprinkler system stopped working. I shopped around at so many different companies near Castle Rock, and this is, without a doubt, the best company I have ever worked with. It is so easy to talk to a real person, not AI. The first day I called Paul, we spent 20 minutes talking on the phone regarding my issues. He was so knowledgeable and passionate about it, and it was so comforting to know that this company really cares about helping you. I also was able to speak to the technicians Braydon and Austin directly. I didn’t have to jump through a million hoops to do so. Their pricing is also really reasonable. I will do my future business with this company, and I strongly recommend you to do the same. The customer service itself alone is worth it. Really appreciate these guys.

Conserva Sprinkler of Douglas County took over replacing 15 Green Lawn valves due to they went out of business and parts not available. Conserva Sprinklers of Denver were hired to replace valves but walked off job and fired employees and I switched over to Conserva Sprinklers of Douglas County to finish replacing the valves and correct all the problems and shoddy work by Conserva Denver. It was a very complex job due to poor workmanship of Denver but Douglas had a very knowledge team address all of the issues and make needed repairs to get my system up and running. The owner was easy to work with and made numerous adjustments in work schedules to get the job done.

Very pleased with Conserva Irrigation. They came within an hour, repaired a compromised irrigation line, and revamped some of the sprinkler heads to operate better. Their rates are very reasonable as well. Two thumbs up.
