This is a totally unsolicited review. We’ve been in Austin for over 30 years and it’s tough to find good tradespeople. When you do, you want to hang onto them. Conserva Irrigation did a watering audit for us which was very thorough. The owner and Hank (he is clearly a rockstar based on our experience and reading other reviews). After explaining to us that we didn’t need to have them do the work, based on their attention to detail, we went with them to take care of all the adjustments we needed. About a week later, Hank came out and, in his extremely meticulous fashion, checked and adjusted and fixed every issue we had, and it was a very hot and humid day in Austin. Hank takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to make sure things are done right and we were satisfied as customers. Thank you Conserva Irrigation and Hank!!!

Technician Hank arrived on time and got right to work. Tested 20+ yr old controller and quickly determined it was not performing 100%. End of useful life for the equipment. Exercised 8 valves/zones, changed out heads to adjust precipitation rate where over/under watering was occurring. Hank was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend.

Hank was fantastic! He was on time and did the work thoroughly and efficiently. We capped off a head that was no longer needed, and he proactively adjusted another one of the heads to get the appropriate coverage. When he was finished, he took the time to make sure I understood everything and that our Hydrawise system was set up in line with local watering days/times. Second great experience with Conserva!

We had an old sprinkler system that hadn't been used for years and had a main line break. Dave and Hank came out and fixed the main break and then assessed the entire system for leaks and functionality. They identified each of the zones and what sprinkler heads were on each. Then we talked about what made sense (we had a significant landscaping overhaul since the system was installed decades ago) and ended up moving around some of the heads. They had suggestions about how to address some areas, but weren't pushy at all, and for some of those we agreed to tackle them in the future if they became a problem. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and did great work. I highly recommend them!

Excellent company with high-quality, professional employees. Hank arrived ahead of time with a courteous call to let us know. He fixed a leaking main valve of our sprinklers, carefully explaining everything in detail to my husband. He was polite, efficient, and very thorough. He made sure all zones were working properly before leaving and helped adjust our watering pressure, which was too high. We were very impressed once again with this company and Hank. Hank Wells of Conservation Irrigation called 15 minutes prior to his arrival and arrived on time, as scheduled. He quickly assessed our system, which had two leaking valves, four leaks in our drip system, and two sprinkler heads needing replacement. He informed me of the cost of the repairs to obtain my approval prior to commencing his work. I was impressed with how quick the repairs were made. He also set up a watering schedule on the system controller for once-a-week watering considering how much time was needed for each section considering the sprinkler head types and their respective water flow rates. Last, but not least, Hank was very personable. It was a pleasure meeting and visiting with him.

Hank came out today and did a summerization check-up. Noticed some sprinklers broken/not spraying properly. He took the time to fix them and explain why he was doing it.
