Anthony and Justyn came to investigate a large puddle that emerged in my yard from an underground irrigation system. They quickly fixed it and upon further investigation found another one in the backyard. Both were repaired and included in the charge of the visit. These two men were professional, polite, gracious, and honest. They could have easily padded or upgraded the work. They clearly explained everything as they worked, and I cannot thank them enough! They checked and adjusted sprinkler heads. He was very apologetic that he found nothing but had to charge for service call. Very professional! I will definitely use them again. Anthony just diagnosed a fixed two valves that had failed... excellent work, professional, and clearly a subject matter expert. Timely service within a week of scheduling. Office staff pleasant and professional as well. My only complaint would be the $150 charge to do 10 minutes of work to replace a part that costs $35. A bit steep even with the inflation and so forth factored into it. All told, diagnostic, two valve replace, and a system check took Anthony less than 30 minutes to knock out from Park to Drive. Since the $35 valve price is retail, I'd be willing to bet they would still make ends meet at $100 per. Anyways, yeah - they will definitely be my first call for any future irrigation needs.
