Received follow-up and service with my recent winterization. Mike was investigating an equipment concern and discovered the issue. He resolved the issue quickly and professionally. Thank you, Mike. Jesse came and did the spring/summer start-up. They had a schedule update and were able to come earlier than previously scheduled for start-up, which was appreciated. They were very professional and communicated very clearly when their arrival would be. Jesse was very professional and thorough. Conserva Irrigation of Green Bay installed a new irrigation system in the late fall of 2022. The owner was involved directly in the installation. He answered all my questions and was very detailed in helping us understand what would work best for our lawn and bedding needs. The installation team that installed the system was very professional, courteous, and thorough. The technician that came and winterized our system was on time, responsive, and professional.

Never thought that I would be changing my previous review Aug 25, 2025

This whole sprinkler project has been one nightmare after another. Kept changing appointment times, never made the first one, and when I called said it was rescheduled but had forgotten to email me or call. And now that the technician is here to test and adjust the system, nothing works. Called the electrician that installed the power and was just notified that the power wire that the sprinkler company installed was spliced in several places and needed to be replaced (was causing breaker to trip). Electrical company is installing new wire with help of irrigation co. Keeping fingers crossed for a flawless test. Was wondering if I should get a discount or at least the irrigation co. pays the electrician for fixing their mistake. Was waiting to do this review until project was complete but with today’s screw ups could not wait. I’m just rambling now, but here’s to buying more grass seed and restarting the growing process all over again. Never thought that I would be changing my previous review, but here I am. Everything is fine now and working. Conserva has stepped up and fixed all the issues. Sure is a lot easier than moving hoses and sprinklers around.
