Josh provided outstanding service on our lawn irrigation system in many ways: (1) He listened attentively to us regarding challenges we were experiencing with our current lawn irrigation system--challenges regarding both the appropriate placement of sprinkler heads and appropriate style of sprinkler heads needed to meet our irrigation needs. (2) He then took corrective steps to move and replace sprinkler heads in our lawn. In preparation for Josh's appointment at our home, I did the following: (1) Mapped out the lawn around our house. (2) Identified the eight sprinkling sections, (3) Identified the location of sprinkler heads for each section, and (4) wrote on the map problems we were experiencing with various sprinkler heads. When Josh arrived, I provided him with a copy of the lawn mapping I had done. Together we went through each section, and I explained the problems we were experiencing with various sprinkler heads and there location. Step-by-step Josh listened to my explanations and them moved, installed, and adjusted sprinkler heads as needed. When we had differing points of view on what to do, Josh listened attentively to my point of view, and I listened to his expertise on professional advice. Then together we came to a decision. It was a six hour day of work. When it was all done I felt grateful to finally have a sprinkler system appropriately set up to meet my lawn irrigation needs. Josh's work was steller. If I could rate him with a six (6) star rating, I would do so.

When Josh arrived, I provided him with a copy of the lawn mapping I had done. Together we went through each section, and I explained the problems we were experiencing with various sprinkler heads and there location. Step-by-step Josh listened to my explanations and them moved, installed, and adjusted sprinkler heads as needed.
