Beautiful company from beginning to end of job. Very thorough, knowledgeable, fair rates, and helpful. I called on a Friday and Suzanne was amazing. I was stressed over a water leak sent from an email from Conroe Water saying constant output for 32 hours. Suzanne put my mind at ease, had the owner call me, who also put my mind at ease until they could arrive Monday morning. Jason came and uncovered the mystery leak, replaced the (overflow unit?), helped me with other sprinkler issues, and was a delight to work with. Jason was very kind, knowledgeable, and left my yard perfect. Such a great experience and so glad that Suzanne had me wait for them. Best service ever! Thank you, everyone!

This company was exactly what I was looking for. They put in my sprinkler system, which was no small task because the city of Conroe would not issue me a permit for a while. The company stood by me and kept up with the city's bullshit. After my sprinkler system was installed, I am so happy with it. I have a weak knee that I’m getting an operation for, and it was hard for me to walk on the uneven terrain in my yard. So having this is working out great for me. I waited before I gave a review to see how much my water bill would be now; it has only gone up six dollars. And I am happy that this company will also come by and service my sprinkler and winterize it in the winter.

I had some freeze damage on my backflow valve, and they came out, figured out what was wrong, gave me a fair quote, and replaced/upgraded my backflow the same day. Called in the PM on one day and was able to schedule a tech out first thing the following morning. Was happy with the professionalism and quick repair – Sergio did a great job! Pricing was a little higher than the other bids I received, but due to their ratings, decided to use Conserva. The only downside is they charge back the surcharge for using credit cards for payment… IMO that’s a cost of doing business and customers should not have to pay that. This is for the business Conserva Irrigation.

System works well now—it was in pretty bad shape before, and Dennis and Jason did fantastic work getting it 'back on its feet', and improving the coverage as well! They were kind enough to use some parts I'd purchased in an effort to not let them go to waste (backflow, Wi-Fi based controller) and everything is significantly more functional than it's been for the last 3 years or so.

I contacted Conserva to move a couple of sprinkler heads due to new landscaping. A thorough inspection of the yard was made, revealing a couple of broken pipes that I was not aware of. Recommendations were also made on how to best conserve water. It took a couple of visits to resolve all of the issues, but the work was done professionally and cleanly. Everything was well explained. I was kept informed of the progress being made. I am happy with the work that was done and highly recommend Conserva Irrigation of Cypress.
