Also recommended some additional insulation available on the market to protect the backflow device and pipes better against freezing. I had been searching for a service provider and they came out in November. Everything seemed fine at first, but when I checked the control panel afterward, I saw that it had been left on “run” with an error message flashing. I called and spoke with Hunter, who I believe is the owner or manager. He said he would bring it up at their next meeting. The situation left me feeling uneasy about my system. I’m worried there might still be water in the lines or that the panel could have been damaged. I understand mine may have been the last appointment on a busy day, but as a first-time customer, this was a frustrating experience. Follow-Up: I received an immediate call from Hunter, who was concerned about my experience. He promptly dispatched a supervisory technician who checked the entire system and confirmed that everything was in good working order. Conserva demonstrated their value by owning a perceived mistake and making it right. In doing so, they’ve secured me as a customer for life!

I asked if we could be put on their list to winterize our system. He gave me a number to call to get us on their list. His name was Ethan. So professional. I called and Hunter answered, took my info, and said Ethan would be back after his lunch to winterize our system. Sure enough, Ethan returned and winterized our system at a reasonable price.
