From the initial contact and appointment scheduling with Jesse to the tech, Kyle Leon, it was a very pleasurable experience! The entire operation is very organized and professional. This was my initial system turn-on. Every step of the visit is explained prior to the visit. A text lets you know the tech is on his way. He arrived approximately the time the appointment was scheduled for. Kyle is exceptional. He takes whatever time is necessary to assess the current zones, make any suggestions, and to discuss what your needs may be. He is polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable! I had been with a local sprinkler company prior to Conserva Irrigation. This company is far and above in every way. I have committed to a seasonal plan and expect to be a loyal customer. Initially we were given a postcard for closing from a friend. We reached out and spoke with Jessie, who was super helpful and made the necessary arrangements. A few days later we reached out again asking about installing a few more zones; Glenn came out, explained everything we needed to know, and BOOM, within no time we were called to have the installation done. Two guys came and did the job (respectful and amazing); the job was done in a few hours. My husband and I are extremely happy with the job that was done and, most importantly, the fact that after they did minimal digging, they sprinkled seeds after they placed the dirt back in the spots. Special thanks to Glenn for also making sure everything was done to perfection and to Jessie for the follow-up. We'll definitely be recommending others to this company.
