Our Team
Caleb and Allie Shoup, Owners
Allie is currently a sales manager for The Hershey Company, and after relocating to NWA for her job, she decided to pursue a dream of starting a small business in an industry that she enjoys! Since their grand opening in May of 2021, they have continued to add new members to their team. Allie and Caleb now service irrigation systems from Bella Vista down to Fayetteville, and love to help their customers achieve a lush, green lawn while saving water at the same time!
Caleb’s experience with irrigation began in high school when he spent summer nights operating the irrigation system for a municipal golf course. From there, he went on to get an engineering degree from Purdue University and worked in manufacturing for several years before returning to business school at the University of Louisville where he met his wife, Allie. Most recently he was a sales engineer in the fire protection industry, designing fire sprinkler systems. It wasn’t until starting the business that he was able to get back to his roots and apply his experience of calculating hydraulics for fire sprinklers to designing efficient sprinkler systems for lawns and landscaping. Caleb loves helping his neighbors in the northwest Arkansas area by solving irrigation problems and creating outdoor living landscapes that they desire!
Allie and Caleb opened Conserva Irrigation of Northwest Arkansas in the spring of 2021.
