This was the 1st time using Conserva Irrigation of Cincinnati, but I am a customer for life! Cody was on time, personable, professional, answered all of my questions, and gave me some good recommendations to think about going forward. And rather than a 'show-up fee' plus an hourly rate, there is a flat fee for the closing and opening of the system. What a concept! Very happy I came across these folks to the point that I've recommended them to 3 other people! Great team!

Excellent service. We needed our burst irrigation pump replaced. We received a replacement proposal from our previous service provider that was over 2x the estimated cost to us as Conserva Irrigation's addressing the same exact equipment replacement. The technician was very knowledgeable (as was the technician for our previous irrigation provider), but the overestimate led us to investigate other providers and I am happy that we did.

I had a leaking problem with my irrigation system, and Conserva Irrigation did an excellent job fixing it. Cody, the technician, was very professional, patient, and focused on actually solving the problem instead of trying to upsell unnecessary work. He explained things clearly and made sure everything was repaired properly. Meredith in the office was also wonderful—very friendly and easy to work with when scheduling the appointment, and making payments. The repair was done quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price. Overall, a great and trustworthy company—I highly recommend them!
