In short, but with powerful meaning! Rodney Wells responded to our home after getting a major run-around by another company who we took on through prior owners of the home which we recently purchased. Rodney arrived on time, took the time to assess the situation, which was a burnt-out irrigation pump! Rodney located one in stock nearby, picked it up, and installed it, all within the hour! The prior company gave me a headache with repeated cancellations and rescheduling that led into over 1 month!! Absolutely inexcusable. Besides handling the job and getting it completed, Rodney inspected all the sprinkler heads to make sure every one was working! He also took the time to set the sprinkler system in the garage, which was installed by the prior company a month prior, which was completely left blank!! He was a courteous, extremely knowledgeable, pleasurable, down-to-earth gentleman who never made us feel that he was in a rush..! There was even a link that the service center sends to your phone so you can actually track the response time. I thought that was pretty cool, no waiting around and wondering between a large window.! It showed us when he was 15 minutes away!! And it updated!! Overall fantastic all around!! Definitely recommend as my experience was a very pleasant one! THANK YOU Rodney!!! Ed and Donna.

I was in need of irrigation work and had had another company come out before Rodney Wells. The initial company had no clue about how to fix our problem involving a well to be used for irrigation. Once we had Mr. Wells arrive, I showed him the issue, and he sprang into action, flipping switches and hooking up the well pump. Within a few minutes, he had the irrigation system in action. He immediately identified what we needed to make it automatic and set it on zones. Mr. Wells was very knowledgeable about irrigation systems and, frankly, a lifesaver. I knew by his level of knowledge and friendly behavior that this was the guy I would go with. I didn't have to call anyone else out to take a look. I highly recommend Rodney Wells for any irrigation job.

I just had this company come to my property and evaluate my sprinkler head issue. I have 4-inch heads that are not spraying over the grass because the sod has grown too high. I also had the wrong nozzles on those heads because they were watering the street. Rodney recommended changing to 6-inch heads. I agreed and he changed all 13 heads on the street side. This made a world of difference now. I'm not watering the street, lol. He did a great job and he cleaned up very well after himself. And another positive note is he did not try to sell me something I didn't want.

Working under the umbrella of Century Golf Arnold Palmer Golf Management, golf course construction operations spent years working with course irrigation contractors. The two principal values vital to a project: your word and your adherence to your commitments define the success or failure of your company. Accurate, concise, specific conversation defines reputation and confidence. While on a much smaller scale I used Conserva Irrigation for a project at my residence. We were leaving the following day for a 10-day family vacation to Costa Rica and had limited cell service there. Setting my irrigation schedule while away, I immediately noticed one of my zone valves had gone bad, which prevented running the entire system, with daily temps in upper 90s causing burning to lawn. Called Conserva inquiring possibility of getting on schedule quickly. Conserva rep personable and indicated would forward to scheduler and would return call. Honestly wasn't expecting a call as busiest time of year for irrigation contractors. An hour later, received a call back from scheduler!!!! Informed me would have a tech at my home tomorrow. Couldn't get time but would be repaired following day. We left for trip so no one home, the tech did arrive early afternoon and completed repair. ABOVE AND BEYOND... not only did tech repair valve but inspected whole system. Found 1 bad rotor head and 3 congested spray heads and repaired all. Was worried no one home to pay bill but received email from Conserva with bill and a note informing not to worry, just pay whenever you get back. While apologize for long-winded review but wanted to pass along positives in our world today where ABOVE AND BEYOND has become a thing of past. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THX FOR THE BAILOUT!!
