Service was good—tech installed a new controller. Wanted to have a couple other things checked, i.e., locating some valve stations and also verification that underground drip lines were functioning, but tech said he was late for his next appointment and had to leave. Later talked to the owner and he said he could send someone back in a few days.

The technician, Jose Guifarro, arrived at my home and I showed him two of my sprinkler concerns and asked him to do a total inspection of the system in my yard. Listened to my description of the problem with my sprinklers, and then we walked the yard, highlighting the stations. He located the problem manifold (which was buried), replaced it and one sprinkler head, ran a test, explained what he'd done and we were done. I didn't time it, but it was quicker than I expected.
