They arrived at the time they committed
Sprinkler services were in high demand due to an imminent freeze warning. I just learned my service, who I had been using for years, had moved out of the area. When I contacted Conserva Irrigation, they took my information and committed to getting back to me with a date they could winterize my system. I knew they were busy, but I elected to contract them and hoped they would beat the freeze. Not only did they beat the freeze, they arrived at the time they committed and also arrived at my son’s house on time as well.

This was our second season with Conserva. The first year we were replacing old lines and fixing leaks. Bill, our technician that normally helps us, was always here within a couple business days of contact to help with repairs. In February this year, he installed a new controller in our garage. This small investment was so worth being able to use the controller from our phones. This year was our second year and again, they fixed a couple things for us (including adding drainage to the road). Every employee has been helpful, kind, and quick to respond. I especially like that there is a phone number to text and talk to customer service. Their invoice system is easy to use also. We plan on staying with this company for as long as we own this house and recommend neighbors to try them. They also offered a discount for paying ahead of time.

Had a technician replace a sprinkler head for me next to our street curb. They are frequently damaged due to people parking on top of them or snow plows scraping them off in the winter. The technician used a flexible connector to connect the head to the PVC carry pipes one foot underground. It took him about 5 minutes to complete the task. Obviously very experienced and efficient.
