I have a new company now and it’s Conserva
I was having issues with my well, the pump in my irrigation system. Over a 10-day period, my usual company was at my house three times and the problem was still not fixed. I called Conserva and they put me on the schedule very quickly, especially in this weather. Tech number two came out, quickly diagnosed my problem, had everything fixed, and told me what steps I could take to prevent further issues and what kind of maintenance I needed to do on my sprinklers themselves. I will not be going back to my old company. I have a new company now and it’s Conserva.

Had problems with JEA shutting water off to a trickle on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This results in no pressure in the line in which water is escaping through the zones. Technician 3 solved the problem by installing a master valve. Great problem solver!

I had an issue with zone 1 not working on a 20-year-old system, and they sent out Rafael Cruz. He got it up and running in no time. He then walked with me to discuss issues with my system, and due to how thick my grass was, all the heads were too short. I decided to completely replace all heads, and he recommended adding a couple more. The entire system is brand new now and no issues watering my lawn. Rafael did an awesome job and was very neat and particular with his work. This was also all taken care of within a few days. Highly recommend him! Thank you.
